TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR KANSA THALI MASSAGE MACHINE PURCHASE

By purchasing the Kansa Thali Massage Machine, the buyer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

Warranty Coverage

The Kansa Thali Massage Machine comes with a limited 1 year offsite standard warranty on the motor only, starting from the date of the original invoice. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage due to impact or electrical fluctuations
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence (including water damage, improper cleaning, or excessive force)
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
• Cosmetic damage (such as scratches or dents) that does not affect the product's functionality
• Normal wear and tear, including degradation of consumables or accessories

Warranty Service

In the event of a warranty claim, seller will provide repair or replacement of the motor with a new or refurbished unit of equal or similar functionality, as determined by our service center.

Void Warranty

The warranty will be voided if the product is:

• Modified or altered without authorization
• Used improperly or outside its specified conditions

Warranty Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. It will not transfer to any subsequent owner if the product is resold or given away.

Service Location

Warranty services will be provided exclusively at seller's own service center or seller's authorised service center located in Faridabad.

Exclusions for Non-Electric Parts

This warranty does not cover the Kansa Thali, Kansa Bowl, or any non-electric or electric part of the machine.

Limitation of Liability

The seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. The buyer is responsible for ensuring safe and proper use of the product.

Health Disclaimer

The Kansa Thali Ayurvedic Massage Machine is intended solely for therapeutic massage purposes. This is a wellness product, not a medical device. It supports a healthy lifestyle through traditional Ayurvedic-inspired massage. It should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment or advice. Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on seller's website and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is buyer's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Haryana and India, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Faridabad District only.
